§1. General provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy defines the method of collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary for the provision of services electronically through the website in the domain www.codefunded.com

  2. The administrator of the Users' personal data is Codefunded Services sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Administrator).

  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).

    • phone number,
    • residential address, as well as information about transactions and payments.
  2. We may automatically collect technical data, such as:

    • IP address,
    • information about the browser used,
    • operating system, as well as data regarding the use of our website or application.

§3. Purpose and legal basis for data processing

  1. We process your personal data for the purpose of providing services, tailoring offers to your needs, and for purposes related to the analysis and improvement of our products and services.

  2. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, the necessity to fulfill a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legitimate interests of the company, or another appropriate legal basis.

    2. communication with the User to provide necessary information and to build positive and trustworthy relationships, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

    3. promotion by the Administrator of its own products and/or services and those of its Partners by sending marketing information (newsletter) electronically, provided the User has consented to receive such notifications via email (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

    4. providing access to information about industry news directly related to the Administrator's activities, provided the User has consented to receive such notifications via email (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);

    5. analytical and statistical purposes based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which consists in verifying the activities and preferences of Users to optimize services and products and the functionalities of the Service (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

    6. possible determination, pursuit of claims, or defense against them based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which consists of protecting its rights (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

§4. Duration of personal data processing

  1. Personal data will be processed for the period during which the individual remains an active User of the Service (holds a user account), and thereafter for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements, pursue or defend against potential claims, but no longer than 3 years from the date of termination of the electronic service provision agreement.

  2. Data processed based on consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, with the proviso that the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the legality of the data processing that was carried out before this withdrawal.

  1. Your personal data may be shared with our trusted partners, service providers, and third parties for the purpose of providing services on our behalf.
